Selborne Golf Estate Hotel & Spa- reserves the right, without notice, to release any accommodation held where the required deposits or payments have not been timeously received.
A provisional booking will be held for a maximum of 48 Hours where after we do require a 50% deposit to secure the booking. (This Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE)
Full payment is to be made 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation more than 31 days 50% cancellation policy
For individual bookings, cancellation within 7 days 100% cancellation applies.

Child Policy:

Children 0 – 6 years free of charge when sharing with 2 adults
Children 6 – 12 will need a mattress that is charged at R200.00 per child per night sharing with 2 adults.
Children 12 years and above, full adult rate
Babysitting facilities are available From R100 per hour.
